Here are this week’s questions:
1. How many times have you been a patient in hospital? More than I would like to think.
2. Did you notice any differences with your experiences?Definitely, from a small town to a huge city medical center to a large city to a small city varies significantly. Probably the worst experience I had was in Southwest hospital in Houston. I think maybe it had needed to be torn down but is where I received radiation therapy after my first cancer.
3. On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being good and 1 being poor, how would you rate food choices, and separately on the same scale, quality? UCDenver hospital my number one choice but Cheyenne is not bad.
4. How long were you in for? Anywhere from two weeks to a few days not counting a ten day rehab.
Gratitude: I guess with this subject matter that any hospital stay you get out alive is a good one😳😂So I’m grateful for that.

Great gratitude comment. Hospital stays can be scary. The thing I fear is the infamous ‘hospital bug’ You can be cured of what you went in for but catch that bug and you’re dead!

I hated Southwest! Had to spend a week there and it was without a doubt the WORST hospital I was ever in. So sorry you had a similar experience.

Wonder if it’s still standing. I was there in 1995
