Forgotten?

I have a pet peeve about dismissing presidents’ birthdays to obtain a three day weekend- to me it’s like Rodney Dangerfield: “I get no respect”. Maybe I’m, we’ll there’s no maybe about it, when it comes to this, I AM old school—give one of the greatest presidents ever some respect!

DOB: February 12, 1809

    1. How wonderful! Mine too! We share this in common. My Dad taught history and I was obsessed with the Civil War (still am). My favorite trip when I lived in my RV was going to his hometown of Springfield, Illinois. Sorry for sharing so much! It’s just nice to talk with someone about it!!
