Insurance company which takes a bank draft for payment but I’m getting a monthly letter now saying I owe anything from $7plus or my account will be closed . They only communicate online. I put in my bank card and for an $8 charge they took an extra $4 for a company called DOXO!😳🙄I am livid!

Another day another rip-off 😡
If there is a devil it is either a bank or an insurance company.

Yes, and because I’ve had it so long and because it is a life insurance policy and I’m 77 I mean I can’t just let it go. It’s a pita😂

I had a fantastic bill last week for my telephone landline I barely use.
Call charges £3.50
Standing charge 13.50
Vat @20% £3.50
Total £20.50
So the 5 calls I made from my landline actually ended up costing me £20.50!

with you on this. We only had the landline to get a decent broadband package. Any calls were charged separately on top of the £28.58 charges plus of course VAT. Then we went digital (not our asking) and ditched the landline, but they can’t take it off our package unless we change tariff, which is £5 a month more. We are only paying £28.58 a month now but our broadband seems slower………….. if we want faster, that’s an extra £8 a month.

True but then you need transportation and have to buy something. The libraries have it usually
