I am such a lucky grandmother. I have eight unique grandchildren and all have various talents. The loquacious boy who was adopted from Korea in 2003 and abandoned by his family because he was born with only nubs for arms. Such an amazing little genius surprised us in every way. He was stubborn and insisted on doing everything himself. One day I found him, small barely walking, controlling the remote with his toes. He is funny, loves to joke and his laugh’s contagious. I miss him—away in college now.
I thought he would make a great sports caster since when we ever we watch any kind of game or sports. He is a constant commentator, but I think he’s going to be a lawyer.
A wonderfully descript essay. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
