“Yup, the whole building came relatively cheap in today’s market. I couldn’t resist it, really, Fred. Of course there are a few problems but what place doesn’t?” Joe chuckled rather nervously. Fred just looked back at him, the building, and then back at Joe.
“You could say that, Fred. And you think you can make apartments or just rent out the entire space?” Joe looked again at the two weird doors.
“Well you haven’t been inside yet Joe, come on in.” After getting a tall ladder and entering the lower door, Joe observed a number of very tall men donning colorful costumes. Joe guessed they were parade performers. “There’s a place for everything.”
