From NPR: “The Pentagon will pay for service members to travel to get abortion care. Since the fall of Roe v. Wade, all or most abortions have become illegal in 13 states, and several of the military’s largest U.S. bases are located in states where abortion is now banned.”
Don’t get me wrong. I think anyone should be able to have the right to choose what they want to do with their body, including abortion. It saves lives, and if you want to see why I think this way, visit social services or see how many unwanted children there are housed in facilities. Unwanted babies grow into children that need homes.
My point is exactly how is the pentagon able to help when even our joke of a Supreme Court won’t? And it’s travel, not the procedure they will pay for. Think about this when you vote!

I agree, it does save lives!
I am appalled at the USA! Banning it in 13 states! xo
Since the military is notorious for overlooking the rapes of members by other members, they should pay for the travel and procedure.

Sadly true. Women can be an asset in the battlefield but still treated differently
