Sometimes it is hard to know the difference between day and night. If sleep were to be the thing to determine such a timeline, surely we would have no question. But what is a “good night’s sleep” and what about the shift workers who rest at all different times of day and night? Add to that naps, daydreaming, the darkness of a cloudy day, bright moonlit nights, and what do you have? A conglomeration of sleep patterning, which may affect you in unfortunate ways such as tiredness, insomnia, bad moods or depression.
So how do you determine the difference?🥱😴☺️

As a retiree, the difference between day and night is, in a way, sort of meaningless. I sleep when I’m tired and stay awake when I’m not.
