I could do this, just move it inside, add air conditioning, a nice bed, and pine needle wax melt plugged into the grid, and I am totally there. 😉
This is a nice tanka, I think you will have better dreams
It was a pleasure. It was a little Gentle humor in my response, but it was directed at my own creature comfort’s. The truth is that your garden sounds like the perfect place for dreams

This is a beautiful tanka … I can see / feel the lush garden, the pillow, pine needles. Sigh.

This is so beautiful, but oh my word, I never thought needles would make me somehow nervous in this context lol. My mind is weird.
Such a lovely piece with beautiful imagery!

I could deal with the pine needle bedding, but I suffer from serious fernophobia, so… uh, no thanks; I’ll go pillowless.
Tankariffic!

Fernophobia? 😎. We had a piece of property in VT where the ferns were up to our chest and full, it was heavenly.

I could have quite a fine time in that kind of garden

Throw in a hammock strung tree to tree and I am there. The last time I bedded in pine straw I came out with poison ivy something nasty. Ha.
