I understand its a frustrating time though we have been lucky our delivery system although slower than before is pretty reliable.

I only ordered one thing during lockdown, but I don’t buy much anyway. My wife ordered something back in March, in June she was totting up and realised it hadn’t arrived, contacted them to ask for a refund, then it magically arrived 2 days later. It would have been okay at the time but not now 4 months later. So she was really p’d off, had to return it and asked for a refund anyway.
