Dispose of their lollies
Don’t park your wet brollie
Don’t you know how to wipe your feet?
I’m only trying to keep my home neat.
I worked hard all of my life
To provide for myself and my wife
I built this home with our own money
I’m not trying to be rude, but honey—
Daughter mine who grew up with rules
You, your children can’t just do as you choose
It’s also a no-no to puppies, and kitties or fish
Please come in but you can’t do as you wish!

This reminds me telling my 18 year old that she couldn’t drink alcohol in my house. She responded that she was 18 and could do what she wanted. I said, If you are fifty, you will obey the rules of the house or move. She chose to move, and I told her it wasn’t a revolving door.

Not sure I’d go any further. If I did I’d be nervous wreck worrying about the kids touching something!
Here’s mine!

When our kids were little we were lucky they were well behaved as we were invited to dinner by a new friend. As we entered he said, no worries but our kids didn’t touch anything. All delicate glass and ceramic items were within their reach🤯
