I suppose if you asked my parents, you’d be able to choose from many, but I have been told of this one which of course I was 2, too young to know about. The visiting minister came and I proudly walked in to the living room to show my mom I had peed in the little pot I was holding. I tripped and it spilled into the furnace grate. . .probably they would enjoy it for days to come.
When I entered high school, we had to pick three careers we were interested in. I chose executive secretary, journalist and nursing. Then your classes were structured by your choices. I did end up being an executive secretary, but not for just one person. I was the only one working for a group of scientists in an army lab. It was great!
I was shy and lived in the country away from classmates, so socializing was extremely rare, such as going to school activities etc. I wasn’t allowed to call or answer phone calls from possible friends. Moving into town at 16, the leash expanded.
I certainly do agree. Now that I’m not that shy kid anymore I say go for it!

Oh my god! That first answer about you showing off your potty and spilling it in the grate is priceless. 😂
