Usually if someone has been defined as having a big ego, it means they are self important. Let’s see, who immediately comes to mind in today’s world that might fit this definition?

Ego is also defined as having a big head, being full of themselves, narcissistic, conceited, vain, pompous, arrogant or cocky.
