I don’t get many (any) frogs around here, Cheryl. Most odd, actually. That serenade you talk about – I’d love to hear it! LikeLiked by 1 person
Yep. Ours have been back for a few weeks now, much earlier than normal. Love the night sounds of spring and summer. ๐ LikeLiked by 1 person
Not usually, no, other during migration, and only in the western part of the state. Unfortunately. Theyโre super cool birds. All the geese are back though. LikeLiked by 1 person
I know. Iโve done some camping over the years at a lake called Reelfoot, along he KY/TN border. Theyโre definitely there. And amazing. ๐ LikeLiked by 1 person

I don’t here either but I have memories of them, sweet and soothing at night.

Me too, the little frogs a favorite. Do you have loons where you live?

Nice, but loons on a lake at night are cool sounding, sort of eerie
