I feel my back paining, straining

I am reminded of my friend who is 84. She has bow legs and walks with difficulty but she never fails to go for a walk in the park morning and evening. She says that if she stops because she is tired then she will never walk again. I love her approach to life.

I had that attitude about my knees, was told not to keep straining them with stairs. They weren’t what waylaid me. I too was afraid of the use it or lose it!
