He came here every day to get a break from the factory job. He enjoyed the company of only a few birds. He shared his lunch every day with the creatures he considered friends. He came here to forget.

Charlie had married Sylvia when they were both in their thirties. He thought he knew her, but as time passed he noticed changes in her behavior. She became reckless and distant. After following her one night he discovered her meeting a stranger in the local bar. He confronted her and she admitted she couldn’t help herself.

Charlie accompanied Sylvia to therapy and she learned how to control her compulsive behavior. Things between them were never the same after Charlie discovered Sylvia’s secrets.
