AtoZ Challenge F for Flowers

Not really an original idea, but I needed this tonight. It’s freezing cold, snowing, icy streets for dangerous driving, and the Friday night series I watch is over. So here they are, my favorite spring flowers, yes it is coming, I promise….it will only last a couple of days here in Wyoming, but it’s coming!

My favorites are daffodils. The all yellow green stemmed variety. The scent is unusual and probably not very popular, but it takes me back to my childhood. We had wild flowers in the groves and meadows, but these beauties were planted and cared for by my mother. Every spring I buy a bunch, just once, to take me there once again.
