SYW April 2, 2018 – OR: Celebration for Gary Larson

April came in on a snowflake that has now disappeared. Fifty degree F temps predicted for the week. Now if I was pessimistic😳🙄, I would say all this warming brings out fruit buds that will be frozen next week, deterring any lovely fruit. Such is Colorado’s fruit industry woe. But sun is shining today, although the wind makes it cold. Such is Wyoming woe. Come on sun, shine!

Okay, that was weird, but as you know, nothing new…

Another Monday and time for new questions to answer from and her Share Your World post:

1. I never really liked television cartoons, rarely had a comic book – which is funny because they are practically out-priced for kids these days. If I had to choose it would probably be Bugs Bunny, he was so outspoken. As an adult I liked Gary Larson’s cartoons – “The Far Side”.

2. I no longer cook much. It isn’t easy sitting and reaching, boiling pots are simply dangerous! But a utensil? Spoons, little, big, measuring, slotted, scooped, you name it, they are handy!

3. Yes I would sleep in a haunted house. I have experienced a few “haunts”, non threatening ones, thankfully. I suppose after my display above, I may receive one from Gary!

Last week I appreciated a band concert featuring jazz and orchestra performances, and my talented grandson percussionist. It was also fun gathering at my home later and meeting a new beau for my granddaughter. I must say the kids have great taste!🤹🏻‍♂️🤹‍♂️🤹🏻‍♂️🤹🏼‍♂️🤹🏽‍♂️🤹🏾‍♂️🤹🏿‍♂️
