Cuddle up, snow on the way

What happened to my sunny day

Tomorrow’s forecast has snow plus sleet

Wow I can’t seem to warm my feet

Blankets piled, coffee served

Icy leaves have been curved

Close the drapes, should have used plastic

Didn’t think I needed to be that drastic

Weather rules, no use to deny it

Where’s my slippers, I need to defy it

Cuddle, huddle, stay away from the puddles

No use to fight, Mother Nature befuddles.

What happened to my sunny day?
