Snow falling and on the ground, quiet, still morning, 9 degrees F, and looking forward to seeing the grandkids open gifts, eating a huge meal, and playing games–but most of all the happy laughter. . . a wonderful day for us all.

It was cold and tonight it is snowing hard, everything covered. Pretty, but dangerous for traveling. Luckily we only live five min apart.
