Alert nerves
Base spine shiver
Crossing up to my brain
Dribble on my lip
Each nerve alive
Fear increases
Glazing sweat
Heat leaves my legs
Intimidating waves
Jangled hands
Kindled shaking
Lingering negativity
Motionless feet
Neurons explode
Overboard driven
Plunging dive
Quiet waves disturbed
Rushing around me
Slipping under
Timing complete
Undone foe that made
Vicious attack
Wild nerves cause
Xtra bravery
Young one saved
Zeal of the savior felt.
