Three Line Tales – 74

We are peering into the office of Doctor Delbert Diggsworth, scientist extraordinaire. Delbert was just cleaning up after the big presentation. They were impressed and he was elated at the prospect of being head of the SPRD – Solar Power Research and Development area. 

Finally he would be able to implement his plans for the new rocket powered wheelchair! The one he’s using presently has two solar powered motors, as you can see, but it’s too slow. The solar feature is good, but the panel is too small to capture enough energy.

Delbert was pumped and planned on working all night.
