
They walked up silently, observing the park visitors. It was Sunday and the park was free. They were pretty much used to humans walking up to them, trying to touch them. The best were the smallest ones, their wide eyed smiles and looks of wonder. Then there were the old ones, with their unsteady gaits, using sticks to hold themselves up. There were even those who offered tasty bits of food, trying to get closer.
Two fawns, unafraid to seek out these human visitors, because they liked the attention. The park proved to be a safe environment for such adventures.
