Are masks compulsory in the US, or is it a personal decision?
I only wondered because here in England they became compulsory on public transport in June, and just over a week ago they became compulsory to wear in shops. Outside in the open most people don’t wear them, some people do.

It’s an individual state and even county/town thing. But here in WY we have mostly Trump/gun toting/ lovers who refuse to restrain themselves.
