JusJoJan 9 Coffee

Warm, sweet

Delightful treat

Without you I’d sleep

For when I wake

Need a cup to take

Sleepiness away

To get on with the day.

Thanks for writing to the word prompt, ‘coffee’! I like your poem. Coffee is definitely a delightful treat. 🙂
