Stripes and stripes everywhere and not a one the same?
This is certainly a Mother Nature game
You might call it camouflage or interesting design
Making us all wonder what she had in mind
On the desert plains, home to these animals
They blend in well, try to not be seen at all
The sepia skins, the furry browns, even black and white
Would be hard to distinguish especially at night
Moon shadows come and go
While they wander, hidden low.

The King’s Larder
Cold and wet, tired and exhausted, she sighed, as there was no escape. She would suffer long and hard before day was done. This kitchen was certainly no jocund atmosphere for her novice cook. It was so hot they had to continually wipe sweat from their faces. Heaven forbid any salty drops landed in his bowl! Watching the young apprentice, she recalled bittersweet memories of her own first days in a king’s kitchen.

MLMM Wordle – Miss Potts
Our muliebrity mentor usually acted fairly with an honest claim of commitment, and to focus on the good things in life. Always sitting in the corner as shy as I was, I didn’t mind her attempts to dazzle us. Anything to stop the mundane lectures I thought, especially in this seretinal time when everybody was complaining about getting back to class. I suppose it was her idea to make us excited about the new year, a big push to engage us in some extra activities.
The professor thought treating us to a nostalgic trip to her life in the seventies would do the trick, and honestly? I admired her style—except for the white gogo boots, I could have done without seeing her in them.

The dragon rarely spoke unless challenged, for he had a fiery attitude. The young knight was obviously clueless, adorned with a wooden sword. Not only was it heavy, it was not wise to be wielding it in front of this beast. The older knight companions formed a screen around the apprentice to keep him from harm. As a result, no flames were ignited and all lived to fight another day.

The West
