He always had his friends roaring
His jokes were not neat
Always about feet
No matter as drinks kept pouring

Laughing Along With A Limerick

FATE
Everyone wondered where he had gone
The mad leader, the unbalanced one
A small boy saw the true vision
The gods above made a decision
His hate, his cruelty they could see
Transformed him into a blackened tree.

What do you see # 317- 1st December 2025

A friend from the company was shopping with me and we stopped for a coffee. Suddenly a fight broke out when one vocal man from the crowd said “we need to declare war on them”. Apparently, “them” referred to a secret expedition of aliens who were disguised as elephants. Thankfully the flush police presence solved the problem and the troubled man was taken to the hospital for observation.

Monday Wordle #453
Starting the morning with gripper socks
Warm and cozy, bottom has bumps
A fairly good accessory to prevent knocks
In case I slip and don’t want any 🫨
I’ve been saddled with one foot in a sock
Almost a year now and guess it’s a lock
A few more weeks till my right heel heals
A boring story, please, no sympathy feels.🙃
So back to my morning, coffee’s a must
My one cup maker never sees any dust
I find the caffeine doesn’t affect me at all
I’ve even read it’s a benefit call👍🏻😛
Well then I take my cup to the table
And write with my iPad as I’m able
It takes all my morning, a fine treat
And then about three find something to eat.
It’s boring to read this and more boring to live
If it weren’t for reading and comments you give.🥳
I admit I’m no poet, but it’s fun to try
And telling stories, I like it, oh my
Sometimes I’m stuck on a picture prompt🧐
But trying to write, always a fun romp.
So do not get too serious these holidays
And find the love in so many ways!🤓

My great granddaughter, 3 1/2. The “wonder” is what it’s about💚❤️
* I guess practice what I preach fits here🙄

Darkness hides
Lights are a promise
Peace wanted

Once Upon a Time

Throw him in the pen! Said loudly by all the court’s men. The thief was trite. He tried his might. But it didn’t appeal to the judge’s seal. Even though he promised to never do it again.

If only they really knew constituents
Listened to pleas and were fluent
In their language, and cared to listen
To ideas and words, not be remiss then
Actually care about those persons
Instead they let the communities worsen
Building walls instead of bridges
Not listening, remaining rigid.

SenHai Saturday #28

Saturday and you’ve had your fill
Thanksgiving with all its thrills
But now another rising task
Christmas shopping, alas!
,I’ll just drink cocoa, and be numb
And eat frosted cookies, every crumb.
