Of sweaters I have a plethora Most are made of angora Wool makes me itch Those sweaters I ditch But give me a silk Knitted in milk Shades also liked With buttons spiked Are beige and blue My favorite hues And then there’s red Matched to hair on my head Or orange a clue To my autumn skin’s hue But morning grass green Makes my eyes sheen
Losing his hair, Joe thought he’d never get a match. The dating website seemed a good way to meet people, so took a selfie and sent it in. Immediately his email was flooded with hair product ads. Some suggested going completely bald as today’s fashion accepts or a patch of hair stuck on looking semi normal. Joe looked in the mirror as the ads suggested and tried their videos to see what he might look like using their product. Joe finally decided it was too expensive, and continued with his combover style.
The strange creature shedding sparks as his fur, burning, unveiled his true shimmering body. He was the main event at the circus. It was a magic trick of course, the whispers were increasing as the edge of fear disappeared. Then a huge ball dropped in front of the creature, hits the stage and suddenly everything was gone, the stage empty. A lot of nervous clapping started as the crowd left the tent.

So I was thinking….just for the halibut, let’s use the word “fish”. I’ll spare you from the rest of the fish puns (though they are fin-tastic).

I suppose people get their wish Sitting down to a meal of fish But me? I guess I’m picky Catching a fish doesn’t seem tricky However, it’s not a sport I’d choose I’d rather be in a boat for a cruise And cleaning? Ick!
Respond to this Friday Faithfuls challenge by writing about something attacking your computer, if you have ever experienced a Ransomware attack, or if your computer got infected by a Trojan, a Virus, Spyware, Malware, a Worm, Keyloggers, or if you think someone was Phishing on your computer, or if you ever opened a suspicious Email attachment and had problems after that, or you can go with anything else that you think would fit.

I’ll never live this down so I might as well tell you. I put in a one dollar amount for something – as it is this day I can’t remember what it was! But it opened my bank account to a scam artist and it took a lot of time and effort, changing my bank card and complete change of my account. In the meantime any of my EFTs were denied and all had to be set up again. It was a huge mess and lesson learned.
Now that tariffs are involved, I bet the cheap clothing and jewelry sites will be gone soon. Wherever you shop online be careful. I think Amazon is the most reliable and even using a PayPal account will back up your payments.
Easy one for me because most of my grandkids last names start with Q. Any time they have to tell someone, it’s never the real name repeated back first. But I like it because it is not ordinary. My sons have my last name after marriage and it is a blah name, but still no one says it back without adding an s to it.🤨And then of course my first name, Cheryl is always changed and I finally just accept Carol if I have to repeat or change the spelling, it’s just easier. I don’t quibble about it.
Faith a truth for some, belief in something not seen, but read about. Ambiguous promises defended by certain cultures is intriguing to me. I have faith in visible things, even though some I cannot see. Faith in family love I can see, openly visible. I think there’s something there, I don’t know what, but I find myself saying thank you out loud to it, it’s a conundrum.
