Joe was losing and now the silence of the others at the table was getting louder. It was known Joe was a fairly new player, but today his lack of money irritated the older poker lovers. They all had seen the change in him, his excited beginning and now his slow demeanor. It seemed every hand kept losing and he was running out of cash. Suddenly Joe noticed the flowers design on the playing cards. It showed a pattern in the winners’ hands. Once he figured it all out he realized losing was not his fault. He wondered who else in the group knew about it. All this time he had been cheated.
