I know, hard to think of anything good after yesterday’s news and another illegal but unpunished act from our supreme leader. But I have a question: have you tried boosting your protein and have you tried this?


I am seeking new forms of protein packed foods, so what did you think of this if you’ve tried it, and how did you cook it?

Try having smoothies with pea protein in them! It is great for building you up!

Is there any specific reason you’re wanting to boost your protein intake? I ask because here in the Netherlands, the government-based Food Center says that basically everyone gets enough protein and actually overdoing it could cause health issues.

I was ill and in hospital. Now I have to build back up for tests

Ah, I see. I did know you have quite the medical history and were ill recently too, but I didn’t know you’re supposed to up your protein.
