I never want anything to fizzle
I love cooking steak or burgers that sizzle
Or anything that has a bit of fat
I guess pork chops are included in that
There was a time I catered for groups
But standing so much threw my back for a loop!
I still like to see a finished dish
To serve at my family’s wish.
