I kinda sorta lost my cool, as it might be described, or a rant, possibly a sign of mental illness? I have an ongoing medical problem and it has become an all consuming nightmare the last year. In fact I would say that starting in March 2024 when I broke a leg, my health started sliding down fast. I kept my sense of humor, and I’m lucky to have it…but a few days ago I kinda sorta had a meltdown. Luckily I live by myself so any “special” words that were loudly said, was all to myself. A small outburst of frustration soothed the soul for a while, hopefully for another year.

I remember once walking out into the garden and just screaming.
I felt better, but you know what, no-one batted an eyelid or even asked why!

It’s natural to get upset when things don’t go as planned, because not knowing what to expect and not feeling is stressful. You can always try to keep an open mind, focus on finding solutions, and work on being more flexible. Thanks for joining in with your story and I hope that this go better for you soon.
