Of course I had a cabbage that I needed to use and of course I cut the pieces too small because of course I was going to make coleslaw – the no mayo type which I found a recipe for now I really love it but of course I added the cabbage and onion to the sausage and of course I ignored the crackle of the too hot pan, and now I have blackened sausage, but it’s OK – I like a little char with my meals and of course I didn’t add enough cabbage, so when I warm it up, I will add the coleslaw to my meal. Of course, this is a boring story as is my life at the time. It seems I just go from one medical appointment to another and keeping track of medicines is difficult when your brain is on hold with some of the medicines. But at least I have some nice coleslaw to eat when I feel hungry.😂🥺

I also love a little char. Whenever Ken bbqs sausage, I always ask him to make a really charbroiled one for me!

I sometimes eat at a small diner that makes a no-mayo slaw. It’s really good. I’m guessing yours is as well.
