Frustration grows
As âholdâ music flows
Tapping my fingers now, growing impatient
The helper person seems complacent
The spiel of thank you for being a customer, blah, blah, blah
Already heard five times, itâs beginning to gnaw
I canât understand the accent too thick
Companies hiring these people I think is a trick
The institutions hire, probably to irritate
So you finally hang up nothing solved while you wait
Is it a ploy by these institutions
That way they donât need to provide solutions
Frustrated people asking again to repeat
The helper person polite but canât speak
In any understandable speech
Why have a job, answering phones, I implore
Why not just work in the actual store?
Is it purposeful to hire them just to frustrate
So companies donât have to reciprocate
When they overcharge or make a mistake
Is it their game so you to hang up, deflate?
Then the company can sit back and relax
They donât have to deal with you, overtaxed
You finally hangup with no problem solved
So tired and frustrated and nothingâs resolved. ďżź

It is quite frustrating. The only place Iâve gotten refunds were Amazon, Leviâs and Macyâs.

Annoying but a sign of the times. Worst bit is not being able to talk to an operative until the last option, but unable to opt for that early, only to find all are currently engaged, please call later!!

It’s so frustrating. The worst part is with they say they totally understand the issue and that they apologize for the inconvenience caused and still do nothing.

this is definitely very frustrating! I hate when I can’t understand the helper person!
