Probably more of a dog person, but have had both. Miss one dog in particular, a wolf Shepard mix. We had a big farm growing up, dogs, and a lot of cats because we lived away from town and people would leave bags of kitties on our driveway. We had one horse and I had a small black dog of my own. I loved the dairy cows and hated the chickens😀. As an adult we had three children and all loved animals, had dogs and cats, gerbils😖, fish, birds. I live in an apartment now, no pets.
I’m more of a dog person too though I have no pets currently as I stay in a rented apartment. It’s so sad that people used to abandon those kitties. I’m glad that they got a good home in the end. We had dogs as pets growing up but after the loss of our last one, we haven’t been able to get over the heartbreak.
