    You are intelligent …. but so is everyone else. Never make them feel otherwise

    You are beautiful … when you smile

    You are talented … at being you. The best ever, in fact.

    You are worthy … enough

    Life is not a fairytale …. but try to behave as if it were

    Ignore criticism …. when it is baseless. Embrace it when it is valid

    You will succeed … as soon as you have stopped trying to be anyone but yourself

    You can achieve whatever you decide to do …. but not without failing first.

    Keep the faith – in not only yourself, but in others. Politely decline invitations to practice the religious version, though.

    Keep your sense of humor…. especially in times when it seems to have deserted you.
