Joe looked up, the gray was coming fast. He knew it would happen; climate change was not a myth as some people believed. The colors of nature rained down on him, creatures surrounded him, trying to hide from their fate. The world’s vividness was falling freely, giving in at last—all hope, dreams and faith were disintegrating, shown in muted hues of despair. Joe felt the sadness, but didn’t think all would fail so soon. Like most of the world’s population, he was not prepared for the monochrome of a dystopian future.
A very accurate take. Most are not prepared for what may come if we keep abusing our resources.
