This is the first week of The Beginning of Winter (November 7 – 21) Ritto 立冬. Every two weeks we will move into another season in the 24 Japanese Seasons HERE. We said it… the W-word: Winter. 🥶

Beginning of Winter
blankets cuddle me
night brings meteor showers
cold winds circling
swift icicle stars falling
an evening dance of light
watched from my bedroom window

Sounds beautiful.

It’s best to watch that scene from the comforts of home. Warmth and cold go well together. I think we like the cold, so we can cuddle in a blanket!
