Autumn enters bright and bold
Warmest colors fight the cold
While curling leaves begin to fold
And harvest moons turn to gold
Pumpkins rest, waiting to be honed
Lattes spiced with aromatic cloves
Lawns crunchy with leaf droves
And dreading the too soon snows.

A beautiful scenic poem Cheryl

I love all the ‘oh’ sounds in your seasonal quadrille, Cheryl. I love autumn but dread winter. I especially love the imagery in:
‘While curling leaves begin to fold
And harvest moons turn to gold’.
