“My cup runneth over”, a popular quote, no one really knows who it was that wrote, means keeping faith in what you are and have is good. Realizing your life is what you think and do, should any blame only be on you? A positive attitude—feelings, needs, should be construed, again, featuring choices of you. The outsiders try to reel you in, saying you should be wiser, smarter, or thin; your mind of course takes this all in. Influential parents, teachers and authorities, their shaping and molding you, is not in minority. You should be you, body and mind—you, you be in the majority.
