Many have eaten and none have said yum
Is beautiful yes, and has the scent
But alliums are not for eating meant
A garden of alliums might make appetites sing
But choose me a sweet onion to cook anything.
Nice. I had forgotten about these beauties.

They’re so pretty–we have some in our garden, too. But I’ll stick to cultivated onions for eating. 🙂

Nice work on the onions! Sometimes you can’t go on outward appearance!

“An alien onion, the allium” very pretty to look at, but not sure I’d ever want to eat the flowers either.
