It’s the Little Things!

I’m still getting used to my hand me down – thank you! iPhone. For instance, I wasn’t hearing notifications of texts or calls. I decided to peruse the settings system and it looked like everything was set up correctly.

I was texting my daughter and asked her about it when she told me about a barely visible tiny button above the volume control which had been turned off. Voila! I can now hear the notifications.

When you are gifted a used item with no instruction booklet, sometimes unexpected problems need to be explained. Usually I ask Google 🙄😳😃.

  1. I keep getting my daughter’s old phones and keep asking myself why she gets the newest version and I get the hand-me-downs, but I’m sure my mom is asking the same because she gets my old phone every time too!
