Tuesday Writing Prompt Challenge 2-9-21

The most inspiring place I have ever been is Washington DC, standing in front of the Lincoln Memorial. I had fantasized seeing it as a child and then seeing how large it actually is, was very impressive. The second was the Vietnam Wall. Many inspirational spots are in our nation’s capital, showing our history. I could spend weeks visiting them all. The parts of the Smithsonian, air and space, is another.

That is why it is so disheartening watching the events in the news.
