Tuesday Writing Prompt – Dangerous Thoughts

Opening the letter, she wondered why

Or why not, as dangerous thoughts entered her mind.

A meeting? Would I dare? Who would find out, or even care?

Wrestling with her decision she decided she would take a chance.

Sadly her last thought, you only live once, was her last thought.
