Thankful

Family, can’t live with them, can’t live without them. . .just kidding. If it were not for the close family near me who devote some of their time to me, I’d be up the creek. Sometimes they have to renege on previous plans, but I’m very flexible. I live alone and my time is whatever I make of it. Reminds me of my dad. . .his middle initial was B. I asked what it stood for and he said busy. Life gets more busy every day.

The best part is when a shopping trip is integrated with hugs, laughter, jokes, tales of the latest debacle, practice, award, or meeting. There is plenty going on and I am thankful for all of it.
