Yes, it’s a big figure because it’s more than frustrating. I had to delete my app and of course it went from this:

To deleting the app. All drafts lost, except they weren’t drafts, they had been published, or so I thought. Looked the same through a browser. I had a couple of stories, and a good poem which was written on my emotions so can’t be repeated as I’d like, so I am beyond frustrated.
As soon as I write anything I publish it. The only prescheduled post is Movie Monday and that’s not every time. The first response I got from contacting them by email was sort of a smartass comment–well you published one six hours ago (movie Monday)? I wrote back explaining that was prescheduled two days beforehand. No response from them.
I had written the now missing ones, published I thought, and left the house. Checked in later to find them sitting there with a message saying they couldn’t be published because I wasn’t connected to the internet, but I was connected! I wrote them an email saying that and finally heard from them today but no help. I wish I had screenshot the poem. Then a little later I couldn’t see them, only what the first figure shows above. Ewwww!
There’s never an We’re sorry, how can we help, etc. Tonight I’m feeling my age, not a nice feeling.

Hugh doesn’t mention (or maybe he does, and I simply didn’t notice) if drafts get backedup too, but I have a feeling they do!

I am so sorry. I know that frustration, the “unable to publish” message that makes no sense, since you have to have an Internet connection to even get that stupid message!
I hope you get/got it sorted out.

I had to delete mine too as it wouldn’t open. But I only lost my saved posts. I think maybe because I have an app on my iPad too. This is really frustrating.
