Trying to swish through the snow, Joe’s wish for a no-snow Halloween didn’t happen, but he still had fun. A new idea–a cross country trick or treat outing, with skis provided for kids, was planned by the hippy dippy weatherman, in charge of this year’s Halloween activities. The parents enjoyed it, since no searching for or making of costumes was needed.
