Charlie was one of those always muttering, pretentious, seemingly flustered guys, who liked to argue, but ended up barking mad if you didn’t acquiesce to his opinions. The office personnel avoided him at all costs, never wanting to press their own point of view since inevitably it did not agree with Charlie’s.
The other occupants of the call center were able to tumble a friendly opinion with their steady customers, banter a bit about politics and the weather, but Charlie was as stubborn as an immovable block of granite.
