    1. Very frustrating yes. Spent all day trying to find my old laptop pass to plug into router to see if it registers something. Went through all files and exhausted. Just stopped at seven. If the is people come out and nothings wrong, they’ll caregiver 90 dollars. Its,all hardly worth it.

  3. I’m not “liking” this, because I don’t like knowing that you are upset, dear Cheryl…. I have an idea, but you have probably tried it already. Just in case… Have you tried contacting Apple’s online tech support chatline? I have used many companies’ online chats the past year, and I like that kind of tech support. I don’t feel like I need to make conversation while things are loading up, or resetting… And they have solved a lot of my problems.

    2. Ughh 😦 I am definately not the best when it comes to technical help when it has to do with computers, cell phones and stuff like that, but what does it do when you try to install the app on your Ipad? I’ll try to look it up, if you’d like?

    6. Oh my gosh, my password just came to me, and it works. Now tomorrow I’ll use it to connect to my router and see what’s up with the wifi. I am relieved.
