It’s been a long time since I studied English but it was my best subject always, much easier than math. I looked up adverbs and am ashamed to think I didn’t realize these were adverbs:

Adverb must be a hard concept to grasp. Some on the list look like prepositions but they are both. Others I would call adverbs only after a process of elimination.
