Putting My Feet in the Dirt 7

It’s rather chilly

Think I need to warm

Coffee didn’t do it

Maybe I will swarm

Some cloudy concoctions

Sweet and white

With hot chocolate

Making it right

Or maybe make a creme brûlée

Not like I have it everyday

But Sundays I’m always alone

Unless there’s a Bronco game shown

Then the other ladies and I

Might go shopping, spend a dime

But today is cold, prefer to stay inside

Have a warm sweater around me tied

Soup may also be had

Have only canned, that’s too bad

Prefer the homemade kind

So guess I’m in a bind

A grilled cheese will have to do

I’m warming now, how about you?
